This is one of the smartest window cleaning tips I’ve ever read. A DIY window screen spray that dissolves dust and window screens look refreshed without rinsing. In the bucket, mix the warm water, rinse the dishwasher, alcohol, ammonia, dish soap, until all ingredients are combined. Clean the outside of your windows and frames while your screens dry with a soft brush or disposable cloth to remove loose dirt and dust. Clean your windows up and down with a lint-free paper towel or microfibre cloth.
After each stroke, clean the rubber edge of the brush with a lint-free sponge or cloth. Finish by pulling the rubber brush at the bottom of the window and drying the windowsill with a sponge or cloth. Clean the frames with a damp cloth with a non-ammoniaced multifunctional cleaner and water. Rinse well with a clean, damp cloth to remove the cleaning solution and dry immediately by cleaning with a clean, dry cloth.
Immerse the sponge mop in the mixture and rub it in the windows. Then grab your long hand window cleaner high wycombe brush and dry the windows. Do not use glass cleaners based on alcohol or ammonia.
This can remove any remaining cleaning solutions. If you really want your window or mirror to be striped freely, clean from top to bottom. Because the cleaning solution can drip, use gravity to your advantage and let the cleaner drip into areas you have not yet washed.
Step one or two at home, but beginners usually need a few more. “Do this work in the blazing sun and the cleaner dries in the hot windows before you can clean it, making stripes difficult to remove,” says Forte. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, start on the shady side of the house. At the top left, draw the neckline over the soap panel in an inverted S pattern (left-handed would start at the top right). When using the rubber brush, place a towel along the windowsill to catch drops. Using a sponge, moisten the window with the DIY grid cleaning solution and rub the dirt, making sure the solution does not touch the window frames. Starting at the top corner of the panel, lower the neckline in a straight stroke. Return to the top and repeat, with the first hit slightly overlapped.
It is almost impossible to make a window without cleaning the edges. This is ideal for removing those watermarks all over the glass. You can put it in the washing machine if it is too wet or dirty.
